2. We will send you a proof of your design 3-5 days after you place your order. Once we receive your approval we will begin production!
* Additional shipping costs for orders larger than 4 coasters are already built into the retail price. Discounts for 100+ coasters are also already applied.
Production & Shipping Time:
These coasters are handmade so please allow us 1-2 weeks before shipping. (Production time will increase for orders larger than 100 coasters. Feel free to contact us for an estimate.)
We ship USPS Priority Mail.
U.S. Locations: 1-3 Business Days
*Local pick up for orders larger than 50 coasters is also available. We are located in Southampton, NJ.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes. We can do custom colors for most of our products, personalized text on our coasters and wood signs, and custom photo coasters.
The city skylines you see in our shop are the only cities available at this time.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Our products are packaged with care so they arrive to you safely, therefore we do not offer gift wrapping, but we will gladly include a handwritten note! Just leave the info in the "note to seller" section at checkout :-)
Are your coasters absorbent?
No, our coasters are finished with a high quality gloss. However, we personally use these coasters every day and have never had a problem. Cold beverages with ice condensates and collects on the top of the stone.

Excellent quality. They look great! I have since placed several orders and we are using these as corporate gifts. I’ve also ordered some for our new startup and will be giving these as Christmas gifts to the other partners. Order arrives very carefully packaged.
